The Management and Healthcare Laboratory (MeS) of the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies is organizing in Pisa the 2nd Annual PREMs and PROMs Network Conference, dedicated to the theme of Person-Centredness in Healthcare as an organizational, institutional, and healthcare service management phenomenon.

The event aims to contribute to the scientific and managerial debate on how the principles of person-centeredness are expressed into organizational capabilities, governance models, service processes, and measurement systems, in line with the main developments in national and international literature and practice. Particular attention will be given to the role of patient- and caregiver-reported measures in decision-making and performance improvement processes.

The conference will host national and international contributions, with speakers from international organizations (OECD) and European research institutes (Swansea University’s School of Management; Barcelona Institute for Global Health; Riga Stradiņš University). Theoretical, empirical, and methodological contributions fostering a fruitful interdisciplinary exchange between research and practice will be discussed through presentation and poster sessions.

The page includes the call for posters (available in both Italian and English). Abstracts may be submitted until July 11, 2026. The call is addressed to professionals, working groups, organizations, and researchers engaged in promoting the quality of healthcare services, active patient listening, or in collection and analysis of experiences (PREMs/CREMs) and outcomes (PROMs/CROMs) reported by patients and caregivers.
